Chocolate cocoa cream
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make chocolate cream from cocoa? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The main thing is that they are all fresh and of high quality. Cocoa powder must be natural, without any additives.
STEP 2

Sift cocoa powder into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt to balance the taste and vanilla and mix everything.
STEP 3

Pour 150 ml of milk into a metal bowl or small saucepan, leave the rest of the milk in a glass. Place the pan on the stove and turn on medium heat.
STEP 4

Add wheat flour to the glass with the remaining milk and mix thoroughly, breaking up all lumps of flour.
STEP 5

When the milk is well heated, but does not yet begin to boil, pour the dry cocoa mixture into it and immediately mix well, reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring, until the liquid becomes homogeneous in consistency.
STEP 6

Pour the flour mixture into the bowl with cocoa and, stirring with a spoon, continue to cook the cream over low heat until it becomes homogeneous and thickens a little. Add softened butter, stir again and keep the cream on the fire for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat and let the cocoa powder cream cool. Place the finished cream in bowls to serve as a dessert or use to decorate cakes and other baked goods. Bon appetit!
