This cream can be eaten with a spoon and there is no need for cake. I also love citrus cream for baking or just as a snack with tea.

I was looking on the website for a recipe for chocolate cream for a sponge cake layer and found this one, I wanted to try making it. The recipe is very simple and straightforward, prepared like custard. And I love custard) I ran out of milk, but I had 10% cream, so it was an experiment. I think cream always tastes better in cream and such a replacement certainly won’t spoil the dessert) I did everything else according to the recipe. The part where the dry ingredients were mixed, to my surprise, turned out homogeneous and smooth, without lumps. I stirred with a whisk. The cream has thickened significantly, just don’t be distracted from the stove, the cream cooks quickly. I covered the cream with cling film and cooled it. After that I tried to plant small figures. The cream turned out thick and holds its shape perfectly. The quantity is enough to layer two cakes with a diameter of 22 cm. The cream tastes creamy chocolate, delicate. Very tasty, you can just eat it like that)
