Separately, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa and soda. Stir the chocolate and flour mixture into the beaten egg mass. Mix by hand using a whisk until the dough remains fluffy.

Line springform cake pans (16 cm) with parchment paper and bake 3 separate cake layers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
