Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We wash the meat under cold running water and dry it with napkins or paper towels. Then cut the pork into small pieces. We transfer them to a blender for subsequent grinding or turn the pieces of meat through a meat grinder once.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Now put the resulting minced pork into the frying pan, pour in a little filtered water (about 50 ml). Mix everything well. Then add soy sauce and add salt and ground black pepper to your taste. We continue to simmer the minced meat until almost all the water has evaporated, but the minced meat remains juicy and soft.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Dissolve potato starch in 1 tablespoon of water. Peel the garlic and chop it using a garlic press. Add starch water and chopped garlic to the minced meat and mix all the ingredients well. As soon as the water has evaporated and the pan content has thickened a little, turn off the burner and remove the pan from the stove, add a little Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything again. If desired, you can add other spices.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We chop the green onions into small pieces, and then mix them with the already prepared aromatic minced pork.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

We are preparing mashed potatoes that will go perfectly with spicy and aromatic pork. Boil the potatoes, then mash them until puree, add a piece of butter, hot milk and salt, mix the ingredients. Now we place the ring in the center of the plate. We put the puree into it, and then put the minced pork and onions on top, compact it a little, carefully remove the ring and serve the dish to the table.
