For dinner I made a salad of Chinese cabbage with chicken. I chose this recipe because I was interested in the ingredients. I usually add boiled chicken to salads, but here it’s fried. So I started cooking with the chicken. I took the thigh fillet. Marinated in paprika and ground black pepper. I fried it for a little over 10 minutes, the main thing was not to dry it out. While the chicken was cooling, I chopped vegetables and grated cheese. I took a hard cheese without a strong taste, so as not to overpower the taste of other products. I liked that the salad can be dressed with vegetable oil. I took unscented sunflower. Seasoned with a mixture of freshly ground pepper. This salad is so good that you can safely put it on the holiday table. There is nothing superfluous here, all products are deliciously combined. As for the chicken, I liked its taste in the salad so much that now I’ll probably fry it instead of boiling it) I recommend the recipe!
