Wash the vegetables thoroughly in running water and dry with paper towels. Instead of Italian seasonings, you can use any dry mixtures for chicken and meat.

    Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Pour the kefir into a bowl and add chopped garlic and dry spices. Pour the kefir marinade over the chicken and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

    Place chicken pieces on top. Pour the remaining kefir marinade over everything. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Bake the chicken in kefir until done. Determine the exact time and temperature based on your oven. It took me 50 minutes to do everything. Bon appetit!
