STEP 1
How to bake chicken with potatoes and vegetables in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any parts of chicken are suitable for this dish; you can also take a whole one and chop it into pieces. I decided to cook chicken thighs. Wash and peel the vegetables well first.
STEP 2
Cut the peeled onion in half and cut into half rings. Prepare a baking dish. Grease it with a little vegetable oil and place chopped onions all over the bottom.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil, salt and spices. Choose spices according to your taste.
STEP 4
Coat the chicken parts well with the oil mixture on all sides and place in a baking dish.
STEP 5
Cut the peeled potatoes and bell peppers into large pieces and place in a bowl with the oil after the chicken. Stir well to coat the vegetables with a thin layer of oil.
STEP 6
Spread the vegetables between the chicken pieces throughout the baking dish.
STEP 7
Next, chop the tomatoes and also spread them evenly over the entire surface. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1 hour. Due to the fact that all the ingredients are coated with a thin layer of oil, they will not dry out and will be well baked inside.
STEP 8
To test the meat for doneness, simply pierce the chicken with a knife. The finished chicken will release light juice. Remove the finished dish from the oven, arrange on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
