I brought chicken from the store, cut it into pieces and set aside the wings and legs to prepare the recipe for chicken with potatoes and vegetables in the oven. I previously “bathed” the chicken and vegetables in vegetable oil with spices and salt. Thanks to this, they were covered with a thin layer of oil and remained juicy while stewing. I didn’t have bell pepper, I replaced it with carrots, used Provençal herbs as the spices, and with them the dish acquired a wonderful aroma.
