Chicken with champignons in sour cream in a frying pan

STEP 1
Prepare the food - wash the mushrooms, remove films and fat from the chicken fillet.
STEP 2
Cut the fillet into cubes.
STEP 3

STEP 4
Add chicken and quickly fry. If you want meat with a crust, then use another butter - either melted butter, or a mixture of sunflower and butter. This will prevent the oil from burning and you will be able to cook at a higher temperature.
STEP 5
Slice the mushrooms.
STEP 6
Add the mushrooms to the chicken and fry for 5 minutes, stirring.
STEP 7
Add salt, spices and sour cream. If you want a thin gravy, add water. If you serve this chicken with pasta, use the pasta cooking water to thicken the sauce.
STEP 8
Simmer covered for about 5 minutes. And you're done. Dill goes well with sour cream, so when serving, you can finely chop it and sprinkle it on the dish.
