  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake chicken with avocado? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the chicken fillet well in running water and dry with paper towels. Wash avocados and tomatoes in running water and dry. Peel the garlic. If you have frozen chicken fillet, take it out in advance. You can learn how to defrost correctly by reading an article on this topic. Link at the end of the recipe below the steps.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts, 1 cm short of the edge.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Lay the fillet out like a book and pound lightly.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the chicken in a bowl, pour soy sauce on top, pat the fillets so that they are completely covered in the sauce and leave to marinate.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

While the meat is marinating, peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Also cut the tomato (I have two because they are small) into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic with a knife or crush it with a press.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Wash the basil under running water, dry with a paper towel and finely chop with a knife.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Combine avocado and tomato in a separate plate. Sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent the avocado from browning. Stir.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Add chopped basil and minced garlic to the vegetables.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Mix everything well.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Remove breasts from marinade and allow excess liquid to drain. Do not pour out the marinade - we will need it later. Stuff the breasts tightly with the prepared filling.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Secure the edges of the breasts with wooden skewers or toothpicks.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Place the breasts in a baking dish, pour over the remaining soy sauce after marinating and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Bake the breasts in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180°C, periodically pouring sauce from the bottom of the pan over them. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your equipment. For more information on how ovens work, see the link at the end of this recipe. Serve chicken and avocado with a fresh vegetable salad or any side dish of your choice. This dish will go especially well with potatoes in any form. Bon appetit!

Something interesting and unusual, I decided to try cooking chicken with avocado. I made one large fillet and reduced the amount of ingredients accordingly. I cut the fillet according to the description in the recipe, beat it and marinated it in soy sauce. I didn't have any tomato for the filling, so I added onion. I mixed avocado with onion and garlic, and added dried basil in the absence of fresh. I stuffed the fillet with the filling, secured it with toothpicks and baked for 45 minutes. Very easy preparation process. I liked the simplicity and sophistication of the dish. The fillet turned out very tender and soft, and the filling was simply amazing. The combination is unusual at first glance, but incredibly tasty. Everyone liked the chicken with avocado. I recommend you try it! This is delicious! Many thanks to the author!
