How to make chicken thigh fillet in the oven? A very simple, quick and affordable dish. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of thigh fillet, you can use any other part of the chicken: breast fillet, drumstick, leg. You can only take fillet or meat with bones. You can use homemade or store-bought adjika.
STEP 2

In a bowl, combine medium-hot adjika with sour cream. If adjika is very spicy, you can dilute it with the same amount of tomato paste or tomato sauce. To make the chicken less spicy, you can reduce the amount of adjika or replace it with sweet chili sauce.
STEP 3

Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 4

Rinse the chicken meat thoroughly and dry it. Place the chicken in a bowl. Add meat spices, paprika, and salt to taste. Mix everything. If you are using ready-made spice mixtures, be sure to read the ingredients on the package. Often such mixtures already contain salt, take this into account, otherwise you risk oversalting the dish.
STEP 5

Add adjika sauce with sour cream to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. Or longer, but in the refrigerator.
STEP 6

Place the meat with the marinade in a baking dish. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
STEP 7

Sprinkle baked chicken thigh fillet with adjika with fresh herbs and serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!
