    To prepare the base of the soup you need to take water, chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots, onions, refined sunflower oil, and salt.

    Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, add cold water and cook after boiling for 20-25 minutes. I used a pressure cooker to make the broth. The thighs were cooked in 12 minutes.

    Separate the finished meat from the bones, chop and add to the broth.

    Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    Cut the potatoes into cubes.

    Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil until soft.

    Add onions and carrots to the broth with potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

    Take the dough with a teaspoon dipped in hot water and drop it into the pan with the soup.

    Cook until the dumplings float to the surface. At this stage you can add spices. If you use a bay leaf, it must be removed from the pot of soup after cooking.

I really love this soup. and it’s easy to prepare and turns out delicious. The dumplings themselves are very easy to prepare, just take fresh eggs, good premium flour and knead the dough. it should be soft so that you can roll out the sausage and it will not stick to your hands, divide it into small pieces and cook as shown in the recipe.
