    Cut the chicken into clean fillets, leaving the skin on.

    Place the chicken fillet on the prepared sleeve for wicking, sprinkle with salt, pepper, gelatin, cheese, chopped herbs, garlic and lay out the chopped sweet pepper.

    We wrap it tightly in our sleeve and pinch the edges just as tightly. Transfer the roll to a cooking dish, tucking the tails under. Cook after the water boils for 30 minutes, over low heat.

Wonderful recipe! Just wondering, how many clean fillets should ultimately come out of this chicken? The recipe specifies exactly 1800 g of chicken, but in reality only fillet is used, and accordingly the KBJU is calculated incorrectly...
