    How to cook ramen soup with chicken at home? Prepare all the ingredients for the soup. If you have frozen chicken, remove it from the freezer in advance and defrost it. This time I used two small chicken legs at the rate of one leg per serving. Wash the eggs, hard boil and peel.

    Wash the chicken, remove any remaining feathers, if any. Place the meat in a saucepan, cover with cold water and place on the stove. Bring to a boil over high heat.
