STEP 1
In this recipe we will talk about how to fry chicken pancakes with potatoes. We prepare products according to the list.

The preparation is made from chicken fillet, which we cut into thin strips and place in a bowl.
STEP 3
Peel the onions, grate them on a medium grater or chop them in a blender, then add them to the chopped fillet.
STEP 4
Mix it all with two eggs, salt, pepper, add your favorite spices, I love the combination of chicken and curry.
STEP 5
Season with a tablespoon of mayonnaise. This is a kind of marinade and preparation. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or overnight. Sometimes I make the marinade in the evening and then quickly fry up fresh chicken pancakes for breakfast in the morning. The main advantage is that the mixture can be safely stored in the refrigerator for two days and you will always have preparations for a delicious meal on hand.
STEP 6
After an hour or in the morning, peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater; if you have a food processor, this will literally take a couple of minutes. To prevent potato pancakes from darkening, I’ll share a secret - lightly rinse the potatoes under cold water and squeeze well. Mix the potatoes with the preparation; if you plan to leave it for later, then add a third or half to the potatoes, and put the rest back in the refrigerator. Mix well.
STEP 7
Bake over low heat ALWAYS! under the lid for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, turn over and bring again until golden brown under the lid. It’s better to spoon chicken pancakes into the pan, like pancakes.
STEP 8
