Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Heat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. Place onions and chicken livers in different frying pans. Add carrots to the onions.
STEP 2
When the vegetables are almost ready, add them to the fried liver. Pour a glass of hot water and simmer for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Add the greens, salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from the stove and leave to cool until completely cooled. This is important!!! If we do not cool the cooked liver with vegetables enough, then when chopping, the pate will end up with grains.
STEP 4
Transfer to a blender and add butter. Beat well until smooth.
STEP 5
Ready!

The owners don’t offer enough pate to go with the vodka. For two days I kept wondering where the pate is in the last photo..? It’s like the well-known version that “you need to smear it in a thin layer, and not apply it in pieces.” Everything worked out! It can be seen that white bread is recommended
