I, like the author of the recipe, had doubts that I wouldn’t like the dish without spices and garlic, but nevertheless I took the risk of cooking it, we really love everything in caramel. And I didn’t regret it. A recipe from the category of “cooking faster than reading the description.” After cutting up a large chicken, all that was left were the thighs and wings. The caramel was ready in no time. Mine was liquid, I didn’t understand step 8: “If the syrup is too liquid, then after marinating, strain and boil until slightly thickened” and skipped it. My chicken marinated for about an hour. During the cooking process, I opened the oven a couple of times and poured syrup over it. It turned out just great. The crust is amazing in appearance and taste, the meat is most tender, just a delight. Such a simple dish, and what a result, and the cost is minimal! Cook with pleasure, make your loved ones happy.
