    When the sugar begins to melt, stir it quickly until completely dissolved. It is convenient to use a silicone spatula for this.

    The mixture should turn caramel brown. Once the sugar has caramelized, add water. Stir and keep on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove the sweet and salty syrup from the heat. Let the syrup cool.

I found the recipe and it was interesting to try. Initially, it seemed like there were so few ingredients, but the end result was something that everyone used, a little salty, without unnecessary seasonings, purely chicken, but the skin and appearance were just the bomb! True, I threw a little honey into the “brine” and sprinkled mustard seeds on top, I didn’t regret it. In general, everything turned out as written and, most importantly, delicious!
