  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. In the store, at a fairly low price, you can find a set of offal such as chicken offal, which includes chicken liver, heart and stomachs. These are not only tasty, but also healthy products, rich in vitamin and mineral compounds. It happens that someone does not like the liver, or heart, or stomachs; if desired, the unloved product can be reduced in the composition.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Carefully cut the chicken gizzards into small pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We also wash the chicken liver thoroughly, remove films and cut into cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the chicken hearts, trim off the fat and cut them into several pieces with a knife. Peel the onions and finely chop them with a knife. Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them on a medium grater.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, lay out the cooked chicken giblets, fry them, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for about 5 minutes over medium heat, they should become lighter.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add the cooked carrots and onions to the frying pan with the chicken giblets, mix the ingredients and continue frying them together for about 10 minutes. Then pour water into the frying pan (vegetable broth can be used instead of water), add salt and ground black pepper to taste, and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken giblets with vegetables for about 30 minutes, reducing the heat to low.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Then remove the lid from the frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of rich sour cream, you can replace the sour cream with cream and, if desired, add tomato paste to add a special flavor and spice. Mix.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Close the pan with a lid again and continue simmering for another 10-15 minutes. There should be a thick sauce at the bottom of the pan, but there should be almost no liquid left in the pan. The dish is ready, chicken hearts, stomachs and livers in sour cream turn out juicy and tender in taste. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh herbs, and you can serve chicken giblets with any side dish: pasta, cereals or potatoes. Bon appetit!
