Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Measure out ingredients. Wash the vegetables well.
STEP 2

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into cubes.
STEP 3

Cut the zucchini into cubes.
STEP 4

Remove seeds and stems from the pepper and cut into cubes.
STEP 5

Fry the fillet in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
STEP 6

Add vegetables to the pan, stir and simmer for about 2 minutes.
STEP 7

Add tomato paste and spices. Stir. Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
