STEP 1
How to make chicken fillet with cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For chicken fillet, use breast fillet. Choose the cheese to your taste, the main thing is that it grates well and melts easily.

To prepare the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add salt, ground pepper and paprika to it. Pass the garlic through a press. When adding salt, keep in mind that the selected cheese already contains salt. Mix everything.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices.

Cut the chicken breast fillet in half, not going all the way through, and open it like a book. Beat lightly. You can simply beat it with the edge of your palm or with a kitchen hammer. But do not overdo it, as the meat is very tender and can be easily damaged.
STEP 5
Place the cheese filling and tomato slices on the opened fillet. Add salt and spices to taste.

Cover the filling with the other half and secure the edge with toothpicks.

Dredge the fillets in starch, then shake off any excess. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chicken fillet. Fry it for 3 minutes on each side. STEP 8
The finished breasts will shrink slightly in size and become an appetizing golden color. Place chicken fillet with cheese and tomatoes on a plate and serve hot. Can be topped with a side dish of mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
