    Add broccoli, pour in cream. If you want to get a sauce and not a liquid broth, like mine, then first mix the cream with a tablespoon of flour, and then pour, stirring, into the frying pan. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, and add a little cream or water if necessary if the sauce seems thick. If you think the sauce is runny, boil it a little longer.

    I cooked without flour, so I essentially didn’t have a sauce, but a chicken and vegetable broth with cream. Sprinkle the vegetables and chicken with grated cheese and simmer all together for about 15 minutes.
