This amount of ingredients is given using a C1 category chicken egg. It is also worth considering that I took tablespoons of flour without a slide. The tenderness and softness of these cutlets depends on the proportion of these ingredients. Add grated cheese with a pleasant taste to the minced meat (you don’t have to add it).

    Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and place the frying pan on the stove to heat. When the frying pan is hot, place a pastry ring greased inside with vegetable oil and place the resulting chicken mass into it, smooth it out a little and carefully remove the ring. The cutlets can be simply formed using a tablespoon, but this is if you do not strive for the ideal shape.

Very tasty, simple and quick way to prepare chicken cutlets with mayonnaise and chopped flour! Try it for dinner or just for a snack, you won’t regret it! I cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and put it in a bowl. Added flour, salt, spices, mayonnaise, egg, finely grated cheese and mixed. Spooned into a heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and fried on both sides. Delicious...., I recommend cooking it!
