I saw an interesting, new recipe for me on the website: chicken chips! With a minimum of ingredients it turned out delicious. I cut the chicken fillet randomly and put it in a container. Added soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Mix well so that the marinade is distributed evenly. I put it in the refrigerator for a day. Then I placed it on a baking sheet and in the oven at 90°, first for 30 minutes, then lowered the temperature slightly and dried in the oven for a little more than 3 hours. The result was very tasty and interesting. And with the addition of sauce it’s even tastier, even just crunchy without any beer!
