    How to cook chicken broth with noodles? Prepare all the ingredients specified in the recipe. To prepare the broth, you can use a whole chicken, or its individual parts such as breasts, legs, thighs, wings, and so on. I prefer to make broth from soup chicken or rooster.

    So, gut the chicken, remove feathers and singe it. Wash the carcass thoroughly. Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Add chicken and vegetables to the pan. Fill with water and place on the stove. Over high heat, bring the contents of the pan to a boil, skim off any foam that has formed, reduce the heat to moderate and simmer the broth until the chicken is done with the lid ajar. Cooking time depends on what parts of the bird you use.

    Remove the chicken from the broth. Also remove the onions and carrots from the pan. Next, you can use the broth as is or add some vegetables for brightness and taste.

    I usually add small carrots, pre-cut into thin circles, semicircles or cubes. You can also chop a quarter of a small onion as finely as possible for taste.

    Place the vegetables in the boiling broth and cook over moderate heat for about five minutes.

    Add vermicelli and salt to taste to the pan. Leave until all components are fully prepared. I have small vermicelli, so I add it, immediately turn off the heat and leave it on a hot stove under a closed lid for 5-10 minutes. During this time, the pasta is completely cooked.

    At the end of cooking, add chopped herbs and ground pepper to the pan to taste.

    Remove the slightly cooled chicken meat from the bones.

I prepared the broth for unloading after a hearty weekend) I didn’t use vermicelli, I just wanted to drink fresh broth. I cooked it on chicken breast, it seems to me that it is most suitable for a diet dish. I also chopped the carrots coarsely and put in the whole onion. I didn't add any spices. Since I was just going to drink the broth, I didn’t cut the greens into it, I just added a couple of sprigs of parsley during cooking. The broth was cooked quickly, which was very helpful) It turned out light and tasty. And it is also well absorbed. The fresh broth is so pleasant and tender. If I were preparing a more satisfying version, I would definitely complement it with homemade white croutons. Great recipe for a tasty and healthy soup!

For lunch I prepared chicken broth with noodles. I cooked the broth using chicken legs (I removed the skin from them), with the addition of carrots and onions. I strained the finished broth, brought it to a boil, dropped the vermicelli into it, stirred it, and almost immediately after boiling, removed it from the heat. I served the soup about ten minutes later, adding some chopped carrots from cooking the broth and fresh herbs. It was a light, appetizing, tasty soup. Thanks to the author!
