I have long wanted to cook something light, vegetable and chicken for dinner. And here is the right recipe - chicken breasts with vegetables in a frying pan. Of the ingredients specified in the recipe, I did not have walnuts and brown sugar (I replaced it with white). When I started cooking, the first thing I did was fry pieces of chicken breast until golden brown. Then, after removing the chicken from the frying pan, I put vegetables in it: carrots, zucchini, cabbage, bell peppers, frozen green onions. I fried everything over high heat. After five minutes, I added chicken slices to the vegetables. Fry everything over medium heat for another three minutes. Then she stirred, poured in a mixture of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar and kept on fire for another 2 minutes. Quick, simple and tasty! Wonderful dish! I and my family really liked it. I will definitely cook again and again!
