Cheesecakes can be tasty without flour and keep their shape perfectly. I know this for sure, having prepared cheesecakes without flour and semolina according to the author’s recipe. I used 5% cottage cheese, which I ground with a spoon along with an egg, sugar and adding a little salt. Add the breadcrumbs immediately to the cottage cheese and mix. I formed the cheesecakes, placed them on a baking sheet and baked at 180° for 30 minutes until golden brown.
