Cheesecakes without flour and semolina
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make cheesecakes without flour and semolina in the oven? Prepare all ingredients. Cottage cheese for preparing this dish can be used of any fat content according to taste and availability, but it must be fresh and natural. Read about how to choose cottage cheese for cheesecakes in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. If the cottage cheese is dry or grainy, then it is better to punch it with a blender or rub it through a sieve.
STEP 2
Beat eggs into a bowl with cottage cheese. Add sugar. If cheesecakes are prepared as a dietary dish, then the amount of sugar should be reduced or not added at all. You can also replace sugar with a teaspoon of natural honey if you are not allergic to this product. Add a pinch of salt to balance the flavor and a pinch of vanilla. Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla sugar. Read how to do this correctly in a separate article at the link after the recipe.
STEP 3
Grind the ingredients with a blender or mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved and a homogeneous curd mass is obtained. If desired, you can add any other tasty and healthy additives to the curd mass, for example, pieces of fruit, dried fruit, berries, nuts and more.
STEP 4
With your hands moistened in cold water, form small balls from the curd mass, roll them in breadcrumbs and shape them into not very thick cakes so that they bake well, but do not burn.
STEP 5
Cover a baking tray with parchment and place the cheesecakes on it. You can choose the right parchment paper by reading a separate article about the features of parchment, the link is at the end of the recipe. Bake the cheesecakes at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. The cheesecakes should be slightly browned on top.
STEP 6
Remove the cheesecakes from the baking sheet and serve with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Similarly, such cheesecakes can be fried in a frying pan in heated vegetable oil, but this product will turn out to be less healthy and more caloric. Bon appetit!
