You will definitely love this amazingly delicious cheesecake recipe! I remember the times when, immediately after the bell signaled the end of the 3rd lesson, almost the whole class rushed to the school cafeteria and stood in line for delicious cheesecakes. Time passed, and my love for this food only intensified. Now I myself use a recipe I have known for a long time to prepare cheesecakes with cottage cheese. I'm telling you about him.

The recipe for Cheesecake with cottage cheese on dough with fresh yeast attracted me with its practicality - butter dough with water, just one egg (white in the dough, yolk in the filling), a small amount of ingredients in general. I’m not sure that I was able to accurately measure the yeast and butter. I kneaded the dough with my hands. Knowing the features of my oven, I baked at 180 degrees. The cheesecakes turned out incredible!!! Delicate, soft, with a light vanilla aroma. Thanks for the recipe!

Sorry, I don’t quite understand - should I put cottage cheese in the dough or not?

Yes, put it in the dough. I just wrote “filling” instead of “dough”. The filling is sweet cottage cheese.

I love cheesecakes very much, the aroma during baking alone is worth it. But the recipe worries me, how can dough without yeast, soda or baking powder work? In the final photo you clearly have fluffy cheesecakes, but at what cost?

So how many cheesecakes do you get from 250 grams of flour? and what size are they from the author of the recipe if the dough is divided into 20 parts.
