STEP 1
For the dough: mix 110g flour, yeast and warm water and leave in a warm place for 4.5 hours. Add the remaining melted butter, sugar, salt, and protein to the dough. Add flour and stir. Knead the dough for 15 minutes with a dough mixer. Cover the dough with film and leave for 2 hours.
STEP 2
For the filling, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add granulated sugar, chicken yolk, vanilla sugar, and flour. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly.
STEP 3
Now roll out the resulting dough into a rope, cut it into about 8-12 identical pieces, roll them into balls and place them on a baking sheet greased or oiled, let the dough balls sit for about 15 minutes.
STEP 4
After this time, use the bottom of the glass to make a depression in each ball.
STEP 5
Then brush the edges of the cheesecakes with egg and place the curd filling in the indentation. After this, let the cheesecakes stand again for 10 minutes and then put them in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
