  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry cheesecakes with apples and cottage cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take natural, high-quality cottage cheese, preferably full-fat, without small grains. Read about how to choose cottage cheese for cheesecakes in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Choose apples that are sweet and sour, they will taste better when removed.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and beat in the eggs.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mash everything with a fork until smooth so that there are no lumps. If desired, you can beat the mass with a blender, then it will turn out more homogeneous.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the apples, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small cubes or grate it.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add sugar and prepared apples to the resulting curd mass and mix.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add sifted flour. Thanks to sifting, it will be saturated with oxygen, and the cheesecakes will turn out more tender.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Stir the curd mass again. The apples should be evenly distributed throughout the dough. If the dough turns out too liquid, add more flour.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

With wet hands, form small cheesecakes from the curd-apple mixture and roll them in flour.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Read about how to choose the ideal frying pan, as well as how to choose the right oil, in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe. Fry the cheesecakes for about 4-5 minutes on one side over medium heat until golden brown. The exact time depends on how your oven operates.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Then turn the cheesecakes over to the other side, cover the pan with a lid and cook the cheesecakes until cooked.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Serve cheesecakes warm with sour cream, condensed milk or vanilla sauce. Bon appetit!

The cheesecakes turned out very tender. I had sweet and sour apples and they gave a little sourness, this is worth taking into account, especially if the apples are sour. Either add more sugar, or prepare for sour cheesecakes. I grated the apples so that the children wouldn’t really feel their taste, otherwise they wouldn’t eat them in a charlotte. We had a blast and ate with pleasure.
