STEP 1
How to fry cheesecakes with apples and cottage cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take natural, high-quality cottage cheese, preferably full-fat, without small grains. STEP 2
Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and beat in the eggs.
STEP 3
Mash everything with a fork until smooth so that there are no lumps. If desired, you can beat the mass with a blender, then it will turn out more homogeneous.
STEP 4
Wash the apples, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small cubes or grate it.
STEP 5
Add sugar and prepared apples to the resulting curd mass and mix.
STEP 6
Add sifted flour. Thanks to sifting, it will be saturated with oxygen, and the cheesecakes will turn out more tender.
STEP 7
Stir the curd mass again. The apples should be evenly distributed throughout the dough. If the dough turns out too liquid, add more flour.
STEP 8
With wet hands, form small cheesecakes from the curd-apple mixture and roll them in flour.
STEP 9

Fry the cheesecakes for about 4-5 minutes on one side over medium heat until golden brown. The exact time depends on how your oven operates.

Then turn the cheesecakes over to the other side, cover the pan with a lid and cook the cheesecakes until cooked.
