STEP 1
How to cook delicious cheese soup with smoked chicken? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. If you wish, you can add any grain to the soup to your taste. You can take any parts of smoked chicken: breasts, legs, drumsticks, etc. You can replace smoked chicken with any other smoked meats from turkey, pork, beef. It is better to take soft processed cheese, in plastic boxes, which easily and quickly dissolves in the broth.
STEP 2
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into medium cubes.
STEP 3
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater. I've been using a Korean carrot grater lately, I like the shape of the vegetable shavings.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
STEP 5
Wash the greens, dry and finely chop. I use cilantro and parsley. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 6
Boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Top with smoked chicken and potatoes. After boiling, cook over medium heat, skimming off foam, for 15 minutes.
STEP 7
Once the time is up, remove the chicken from the broth and cool. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small cubes.
STEP 8
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion.
STEP 9
Next add the carrots. Fry, stirring, 3-5 minutes.
STEP 10
Transfer the roast into a saucepan.
STEP 11
Next, add chopped boiled smoked chicken, processed cheese, pressed garlic, salt and pepper and stir until the processed cheese is completely dissolved. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
STEP 12
At the end, add chopped herbs to the soup. Remove the pan from the heat and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour into plates. Bon appetit!
