This is just a cheesy treat!! In my version, there were two types of hard cheese: tilsiter and edam-300g, into it I mixed 3 cloves of garlic, the rest of the dry garlic and flavored it with butter, herbs and French herbs and added a mixture of peppers. I took round cakes for round containers, coated each one on both sides with a sauce made from a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise in equal parts. The formed pie was filled with a mixture of 3 eggs and ½ cup milk. Covered it with foil and baked for 20 minutes in a gas oven preheated to 200°, then removed the foil and after 10 minutes, when a beautiful crust appeared, I took out this yummy dish. We tried it with the whole family)) Next time I will safely put more than 4-5 cloves of garlic for this amount of filling. The bottom layer turned out to be a little dry, next time I’ll take a mixture of more moist cheese and hard cheese, and I’ll also coat the first layer more generously :) While the pie is baking, it’s just bubbling)) And the inside turns out soft and tender like lasagna, and dense, so you can eat it like pizza. I really love these dishes. fast and tasty. Lavash can be bought in the store and inexpensively. You can take any quantity; the more layers, the tastier. hard cheese, any kind will do. I like gouda better, it gives a piquant taste. Any mayonnaise will do. low calorie possible. When all the layers are folded, pour milk and egg. Naturally fresh eggs, any milk. Bon Appetit everyone.
