    How to fry cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I chose a special soft cheese for frying - chetuk (45% fat). And it tastes like regular Adyghe cheese, only with a denser consistency. Wash the chicken egg to get rid of possible germs on the shell and beat it into a bowl. Pepper and salt to taste. You can additionally add any other spices to your future breading: smoked paprika, dried basil, etc.

    Using a fork, lightly beat the egg until smooth.

    Using a large sharp knife, cut the cheese into four equal parts.

    Then cut the cheese into eight pieces. You can leave it like that and proceed to further deboning and frying, but I decided to make the pieces even thinner.

    I cut the cheese into sixteen equal pieces.

    Dip each piece of cheese into the egg mixture on each side.

    Heat the sunflower oil in a low-sided frying pan over medium heat. Place cheese in a frying pan and fry it until golden brown. Then turn the cheese over and fry the other side. Each side takes approximately three minutes. The exact time depends on your stove. I fried the entire wheel of cheese in just two batches. Serve the cheese hot. Bon appetit!

Pan fried cheese is now my new favorite dish. I liked this recipe because of the beautiful photo, and I thought it would be delicious. And I was not mistaken. I used Adyghe cheese. I bought about one-fourth of a whole wheel of cheese (330 grams). I didn’t have breadcrumbs, so I replaced them with semolina. I fried the pieces of cheese for about 2 minutes on each side. The dish turned out incredibly tasty. The golden brown crust on top and the delicate soft cheese inside create an amazing combination. This dish was appreciated by the whole family, both adults and children. Now they will buy Adyghe cheese much more often. Thank you very much for the recipe!
