Chebureks with potatoes

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to fry pasties with potatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients for kneading the dough.
STEP 2
Sift the flour through a sieve or using a special mug and mix with milk and salt.
STEP 3
Knead into a tight, elastic, homogeneous dough. Keep in mind that you may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough. Read more about the properties of flour in a separate article. There is a link to it at the end of this recipe.
STEP 4
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and leave it warm for 30 minutes.
STEP 5
At this time, prepare all the necessary ingredients for the filling.
STEP 6
Wash the potatoes in running water with a brush, peel and cut into cubes. Grate the cheese. Wash the greens in running water, dry with paper towels and finely chop with a knife.
STEP 7
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
STEP 8
Mash the finished potatoes, pour in hot milk, stir.
STEP 9
Add cheese, herbs and salt to the potatoes.
STEP 10
Mix everything well. Our filling is ready.
STEP 11
Divide the rested dough into 8-10 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin circle.
STEP 12
Place 1 tbsp on one side of the resulting cake. l. with a heap of filling and spread over the dough (as in the photo).
STEP 13
Cover the filling with the second edge of the dough and pinch the edges. I do this with a fork.
STEP 14
Also form the remaining chebureks.
STEP 15
Heat vegetable oil in a preheated frying pan and fry the chebureki in it over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the article at the end of this recipe. Place the finished pasties on paper napkins to remove excess fat. Serve homemade pasties with potatoes and cheese to the table. Bon appetit!
