I really love chebureks with any fillings, but I rarely cook them. And in the photo there were such beautiful and appetizing chebureks... I also wanted those) It turned out that using this recipe to cook them is not at all difficult, I think any housewife can handle it. I started with the filling and immediately set the potatoes to boil. Meanwhile, I kneaded the dough. I used a little less flour, the dough kneaded easily and rolled into a ball. While the potatoes were cooking, the dough had time to rest. I divided it into ten pieces. I tried to roll it out thinner, although the dough is a little tight. I added a little more milk to the potatoes so that the filling spreads easily. She made two chebureks at a time and quickly fried them in a frying pan. They turned out rosy and beautiful. Inside there is a soft filling with aromatic dill, and on the outside there is crispy dough. It reminded me of fried dumplings) Although the chebureki turned out to be hearty and big, we ate them instantly! They are really tasty, I recommend them!

It's not entirely clear what you mean. It's hard to say anything without a photo.
