Having removed the head, the tail part, from the fish whose fillet we need to obtain, we remove all the fins and separate the fillet using either a sharp knife or convenient kitchen scissors.

You will get two parts, one of which can be used for frying. And then you can remove the ridge from the second one.

Cut the freshwater fish fillet into pieces. Salt and spices are what will make it tastier and more aromatic. Sprinkle the fillet, sparing no delicacies and spices.

Do you want your fillet to have a crispy crust? Dredge the fish not in flour, but in breading.
STEP 6

To finally get rid of the odors, which, alas, carp, like all carp, are guilty of, cut a lemon. You can cover the fish with it, and then, while frying the fillet, fry the lemon slices themselves.
STEP 7

Garlic is another component that can make this fish tastier. Cut into strips and sprinkle on one side of the fillet (which will be fried first). It’s even better to cut it finely and rub this mass into the fillet itself.
STEP 8

Let's heat the frying pan. Let's add oil. Once you know it's hot, you can add the fillets to the sizzling oil. Place the pieces on the side you placed the garlic on. Place lemon slices around the fish. Fry until you see that the surface is golden and the crust is crispy. By the way, lemon chips have a very piquant taste!
