For dinner I prepared carp fried in a frying pan according to this recipe. The recipe is simple, the description is clear, take it and cook) I had two fish, I cut them into mini steaks, and used the heads and tails for fish soup. This fish itself is very tasty, so I didn’t overload it with spices. I took dried dill and basil, salt and pepper a little. The fish was marinated for about 15 minutes. And then, as written in the recipe, it was rolled in flour on all sides and fried on all sides the same way. The pieces were fried evenly and covered with a delicious golden crust. Delicious! Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.
