    Wash the fish under running water, without gutting it. Dry on a paper towel.

    Line a baking sheet with foil. Grease the foil with olive oil and carefully place the fish. Lightly brush the top of the fish with oil again. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a preheated oven to 180 degrees, place the baking sheet for 15 minutes. After the time has passed, turn off the oven, wait 5 - 10 minutes, take out the baking sheet and remove the hot fish.

    Place the fish carefully on a dish; you can garnish with a sprig of parsley or dill. Bon appetit!

lana, oh what a cool quick recipe for my favorite fish! And you don’t have to bother too much with these small things! I threw everything onto a baking sheet and after a couple of minutes the tastiest and healthiest dish is ready!!! But... probably you still need more than 1 gram of fish, as indicated in the recipe. Thank you very much for the recipe!
