STEP 1

Remove the saury from the jar and remove large seeds. Mash the fish into small pieces with a fork.

Sort the rice, rinse thoroughly and boil until tender. Place the finished rice in a colander and let the water drain.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and grate on a coarse grater.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.
STEP 6
In a bowl, combine canned fish, rice, and boiled potatoes. Salt and pepper.

Knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands.

Form oblong cutlets from the resulting mass. Roll the cutlets on all sides in breadcrumbs.
STEP 9
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 10
