Prepare the ingredients for the biscuit

Place eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Place in a water bath, stir until the sugar dissolves and is smooth.

Remove from heat.

Beat with a mixer at high speed

About 10 minutes - it should rise well and thicken.

Add sifted flour and baking powder.
STEP 8

Gently stir with a spatula from top to bottom until smooth.

Place in a pan greased with butter and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Check your oven: the recipe originally stated 20-25 minutes. I opened it after 25 minutes and the biscuit “fell.”
STEP 10

Cool the finished biscuit in the mold and cut into 3 layers.
STEP 11

Prepare the cream: mix sour cream, vanillin, sugar, eggs, flour.
STEP 12

Place in a water bath (low heat) and stir until thick, about 1 hour. Add butter, whipped until fluffy, to the cooled mixture.
STEP 13

Grease the cakes with cream and decorate as desired.
