    Beat the eggs with sugar in a blender or mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved, add honey. If the honey is thick, then you need to make it liquid in a water bath. Whisk everything thoroughly until foam appears on the surface of the mixture.

    Add the sifted flour and gently mix the dough with a spoon. Add baking soda slaked with vinegar and mix.

    Let's move on to baking the cakes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. If you want the cakes to be thick and fluffy, then divide the dough into two parts and bake two cakes (bake for about 15 minutes each). If you want the cake to be taller and the cake layers thinner, then divide the dough into four parts and bake four cake layers for 7 minutes each. The dough is very sticky, so spoon it into a greased pan, spreading it evenly throughout the pan.

    Cool the finished cakes and cut them into plates of the desired size. The trimmings will be used as crumbs for sprinkling on the cake. Grind it with a rolling pin.
