    Wash the egg under running warm water and baking soda to remove dirt and bacteria, break it into a bowl. Pour milk into it; it can be of any fat content. The main thing is that the milk is fresh and natural.

    Pour sugar, preferably finely ground, into a bowl with the egg and milk. It can be either regular white sugar, cane sugar or brown sugar.

    Pour vegetable oil into a bowl. The oil must be refined so that the smell of the seeds does not overwhelm the aroma of the other ingredients. You can also take olive oil.

    Sift the wheat flour into a bowl with the mixture through a fine sieve. This will get rid of debris, if there was any, and saturate the flour with oxygen.     Place the dough into the pan and smooth it out. Make a small indentation in the middle of the dough. This will allow the finished cake to avoid the top from rising in a mound and remain flat.

This is not my first experience of cooking a cake in the microwave, so without hesitation I doubled the portion. I was interested in the recipe because there are differences in the set of products from what I used. I was pleased with the result. The biscuit turned out to be porous, easy to cut, and did not crumble. I lightly brushed the cakes with cherry syrup. I thank the author for the recipe and invite everyone to a homemade tea party.

My daughter wanted to make the cake herself. For training, I chose a recipe for a cake in the microwave in 5 minutes, quick and tasty. The recipe is simple and clear, the child coped with it under my guidance). The dough was kneaded exactly as described. It turned out not very thick, it immediately began to bubble. We baked it in a silicone mold with a diameter of 15 cm. I have a 750 W microwave. I set it for 4 minutes, checked, and the biscuit was already baked! Place it on a wire rack and cool. Then I cut it lengthwise into three layers. It is very porous, soft inside and smells deliciously of chocolate! We didn't have chocolate spread, and nuts are now banned. Therefore, we layered it with another cream and decorated with sprinkles. The cake is very tasty and tender! We left one piece the next day and it became even softer and juicier, apparently soaked. I loved this recipe and will continue to use it!
