I like salads without sterilization, just boil everything and roll it up. Therefore, I chose a recipe for cabbage salad without sterilization for the winter. It’s very convenient to open a jar for dinner in winter without having to stand at the stove). And you can quickly cook cabbage soup. I took all the products according to the recipe, and in the end I got two 0.5 liter jars. and a little testing. I liked that the vegetables were covered in brine. This way the jar will not contain dry salad, but with gravy. In half an hour, the cabbage did not change color much and did not boil down very much. If you simmer longer, the volume of vegetables will become smaller and the color will be darker. It tastes something between fresh salad and stewed cabbage. Vinegar gives a pleasant sourness. Very tasty salad!
