The recipe for cabbage appetizers has long attracted my attention, I was interested in how it would turn out. And so I decided to try to cook this unusual dish. It turned out that it is not at all difficult, and a minimum of products are used. In order to get the necessary pieces, I cut a small head of cabbage into 4 parts. Then she began to separate the layers, almost all the pieces turned out to be triangular in shape. The thickenings were cut out. My cabbage is young; I didn’t process it additionally. I kneaded the batter without deviating from the recipe, only diluted it twice as much just in case, and fried the sausage in the leftovers). The batter turned out thick, it envelops the cabbage well, does not drip and does not peel off when frying. Cabbage in batter is very filling! The flavor comes mainly from the spices, but the dough itself is good. They turned out to be almost pies). The cabbage remained a little crunchy, which suits me. By the way, it tastes even better with garlic sauce! I recommend!
