Buttery braided buns with poppy seeds and milk

STEP 1
We prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing delicious buns with poppy seeds in the oven.
STEP 2
Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into a measuring mug, then pour seven grams of dry yeast and seventy-five grams of sugar into it.

Add two tablespoons of flour to a common mug.
STEP 4
Mix all the ingredients well in a mug, then set it aside for fifteen minutes to activate the yeast.

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl, then pour a quarter teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into it.

Place fifty grams of softened butter in a bowl.
STEP 7
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Pour the activated yeast into a bowl with the egg-butter base.

Sift five hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl with a liquid base and pour in half a teaspoon of baking powder. Keep in mind that it may take you more or less flour than mine.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough.

Pour some flour onto the table and lay out the dough, which we then knead well.

Place the dough in a bowl and grease it with vegetable oil and leave it to rise for one hour.

Place the well-risen dough on the table and knead it into shape, then cut the dough into fourteen equal pieces.

Roll out each piece of dough to a fairly thin flat cake.

Roll the tortillas into tight rolls and place them on a plate.

Grease your hands with vegetable oil and roll each roll into a rope from the center to the edges, then set aside.

Determine the time and temperature based on your oven.

After time has passed, we remove the baking sheet with buns from the oven.
