Buns without yeast in the oven with milk

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make buns without yeast in the oven with milk? Prepare your ingredients. All products should be warm, at room temperature, then the dough will turn out fluffier. Milk of any fat content is suitable, vegetable oil is odorless.
STEP 2

In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanillin and salt. (Be sure to wash eggs before using, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergent and a brush). Mix the products thoroughly until smooth and all the crystals have dissolved.
STEP 3

Pour in warm milk and vegetable oil. Stir again until smooth. A fluffy white cap will appear on the surface of the dough.
STEP 4

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the bowl with the egg-milk mixture. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.
STEP 5

Knead into a smooth, homogeneous dough, adding a little flour if necessary. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.
STEP 6

Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 7

Divide the rested dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll them into even balls.
STEP 8

Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet. You can bake them on a baking sheet, it doesn’t matter. Using a sharp knife, make snowflake-shaped cuts on each bun.
STEP 9

To decorate the top of the buns, use milk and sugar. Instead of milk, you can use cream, it will be tastier, but higher in calories.
STEP 10

Using a brush, brush the buns with milk.
STEP 11

Sprinkle the tops of the buns with sugar. Sugar can be either white or brown.
STEP 12

Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve the finished buns warm with milk or tea. Bon appetit!
