Beat the egg into the bowl with the dough, pour in the melted butter, add sugar (30g), salt, stir until sugar dissolves. Pour in the sifted flour, do this in batches, add if necessary, knead the dough.

    The result is an elastic dough that slightly sticks to your hands. Put it back in the bowl and put it in a warm place to rise for 1.5 hours. Knead it down and let it rise again. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Today I baked buns with sour cream filling. I did everything in accordance with the author’s recipe, only I didn’t grease the top of the buns with yolk (then you have to add the white somewhere, and this will be another recipe))) The buns turned out wonderful! This happens when using flash or direct lamp lighting. There are two ways out: do not use a flash and hang a loose white cloth in front of the lamp to diffuse the light. You also need to keep an eye on other objects in the frame - they should remain at a normal angle, without tilting left or right (like a cup - it looks like it’s about to tip over). The right angle can help with this. Usually, if we place the main dish and the cup on approximately the same line and choose the angle from above, then one of the items will definitely be at the wrong angle. Here it is better to photograph at an acute angle, or even horizontally. Better yet, do not place objects on the same line, but remove the decor to the background. Then the composition will be correctly built, and all objects will stand at the correct angle.
