Buns in sour cream filling

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the dough: mix yeast, 20 g of sugar and a tablespoon of flour in a bowl, pour in heated (you can microwave) milk, mix, leave for 15 minutes until the yeast swells. Melt the butter, cool. Beat the egg into the bowl with the dough, pour in the melted butter, add sugar (30g), salt, stir until sugar dissolves. Pour in the sifted flour, do this in batches, add if necessary, knead the dough.
STEP 2
The result is an elastic dough that slightly sticks to your hands. Put it back in the bowl and put it in a warm place to rise for 1.5 hours. Knead it down and let it rise again. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangle.
STEP 3
Grease it with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
STEP 4
Roll the dough into a roll.
STEP 5
Cut into bun pieces.
STEP 6
Place them in a greased pan and leave them warm for 20 minutes to rise.
STEP 7
Brush them on top with beaten egg yolk.
STEP 8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let the buns bake for 30 minutes (depending on the oven operation). Prepare the sour cream filling: beat the sour cream with sugar (50g). When the buns become golden brown, take them out and turn off the oven.
STEP 9
Pour sour cream on top of the buns and place in the oven, without turning it on, for 15 minutes.
STEP 10
During this time, the sour cream filling will turn into a delicate sweet creamy fudge.
