How to make buns with butter, sugar and cinnamon? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough. Choose the highest quality butter, natural, without additives, in accordance with GOST. Dry yeast can be replaced with fresh yeast. Sift the flour, this will enrich it with air, which will make the baked goods more fluffy and soft.

How to make the dough? First of all, heat 100 ml of milk to a temperature of 38-40 degrees, no more. It should become pleasantly warm, but under no circumstances hot! In hot milk, yeast, living organisms, can die. Pour milk into a large bowl. Pour the yeast into the milk and mix it well.

Add a tablespoon of sugar, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
STEP 4

After the specified time, the yeast will start working - a cap of bubbles will form on the surface. If this does not happen, take another yeast, this one is not active.
STEP 5

Melt the butter first using any method described after the recipe, and then cool. Add the remaining milk, sugar, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture in a bowl. Mix the products well with a whisk.
STEP 6

Add sifted flour and knead the dough. Knead it well for 10 minutes. The correct dough almost does not stick to your hands, is smooth and elastic. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
STEP 8

While the dough is rising, make the filling. How to make the filling? To do this, mix sugar, cinnamon and butter until smooth. Remove the butter from the refrigerator first so that it becomes soft.
STEP 9

After an hour, the dough will rise well and double in volume.
STEP 10

Place the dough on the table and roll it into a thin layer 5-7 mm thick. Lubricate the layer with oil filling. This can be done directly with a spoon, as the butter will be very soft.

Fold the dough in half.

Cut it into strips of approximately 1.5-2 cm.

Stretch each strip, twist slightly in a spiral and roll into a ball. Line a baking tray of a suitable size with baking paper. Place the buns on it. I got 10 pieces.

Brush the tops of the buns with beaten egg and place in a warm place to rise for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 15

Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. They should become rosy. Remove the finished buns and serve warm or cooled, they are delicious either way.
