Buckwheat with liver in a slow cooker

STEP 1
We will prepare a quick dish for dinner in a slow cooker using buckwheat with liver. For this dish we will use chicken liver; it is softer and easier to prepare. To prepare a hearty dinner, we will prepare the necessary products: sort out the buckwheat, peel and wash the onions and carrots, wash the chicken liver, remove excess fat. From spices, you can take seasoning for chicken or meat dishes, as well as salt and vegetable oil for frying.
STEP 2
Chop the onions and carrots, grate the onions on a coarse grater, and cut the onions into cubes. Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl, turning it on to the frying mode. Set the time on the multicooker to 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Place chopped onions and carrots in a bowl in heated vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Salt the onions and carrots and sprinkle with seasoning and spices and fry, stirring, for 7 minutes.
STEP 5
While the vegetables are fried, cut the chicken liver into small pieces.
STEP 6
Then add the chopped liver to the fried onions and carrots.
STEP 7
Mix the liver and vegetables and fry together for another 7 minutes.
STEP 8
Meanwhile, wash the sorted buckwheat.
STEP 9
When the frying program is over, mix the liver and vegetables again and place the washed buckwheat on them.
STEP 10
Now pour a liter of water into the bowl of buckwheat with liver.
STEP 11
The water should rise about a centimeter and a half above the level of the buckwheat. Close the multicooker lid.
STEP 12
Turn on the pilaf or porridge cooking program on the multicooker for 15 minutes.
STEP 13
When the buckwheat with liver is cooked, release the steam from the multicooker and lift the lid.
STEP 14
Before serving, mix the hot buckwheat with liver in a multicooker bowl, then arrange on plates.
