My family loves main courses with this combination of ingredients. We usually prefer pork as a meat, but we had chicken breast available. And I immediately found the recipe) I took the whole breast, it turned out to be 600 g. I also added up to two glasses of buckwheat. The chicken breast itself is a bit dry, so after frying, I added more vegetables to the cauldron. As in the recipe, I took two more onions, this is very justified, because onions add juiciness to the meat. And a couple of carrots, in addition to their juice, also give a bright color, because buckwheat is not very “bright”) From the spices I took a little seasoning for chicken and dry dill.
