Bruschetta with pickled peppers and feta

The most important thing in cooking is not to overdry the bread, so that you don’t end up with croutons, so be sure to heat the pan well so that the bread immediately becomes crusty. If suddenly the bread is a little dry, then soak the croutons with olive oil or oil with pickled pepper. Help yourself!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare, we need baguette slices, pickled bell peppers (I marinate them according to this recipe http://bestrecipes24.com/cooking/10904-perets-zapechennji-marinovannji), feta and fresh parsley.
STEP 2
In a well-heated dry frying pan, dry the bread until golden brown, trying not to dry it out, the inside of the bread should still remain soft.
STEP 3
If the bread is still too dry, then sprinkle olive oil on top. Place pickled bell peppers on slices of bread (I marinated the peppers with garlic, so I got a piece of garlic for each crouton).
STEP 4
Chop the feta into small pieces and place on the pepper. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
