    Melt the chocolate and butter until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove the bowl with the chocolate mixture from the water bath and cool.

If you leave the brownie in the oven, it will turn out dry. Chocolate brownie with cocoa can be served either warm or completely cooled. When serving, add a scoop of ice cream to the warm brownie. That’s how much I love chocolate, but I’ve never baked brownies or even tried them. And all because I thought it was an ordinary chocolate pie! Well, haven’t I eaten chocolate pies or what?))) How wrong I was! This is such an extraordinary dessert, just a delight! As much as I love and appreciate fluffy pastries, this “flat” pie has sunk into my soul. This is really not a pie or a cupcake, but a mega chocolate cake. I decided to try half-batch baking. I didn’t have a small mold, so I resorted to a well-known life hack: I built a wall out of foil (you can see it in the photo), the dough was thick and didn’t leak. While baking, the aroma of chocolate floated throughout the house! How delicious it turned out, richly chocolatey. The consistency is so unusual, silky, juicy. Well, the taste is chocolate-chocolate))) It seems this time I’ve been full of my favorite treat for a long time) I recommend this amazing dessert to everyone, make it, you won’t regret it! Thank you very much for the recipe! I made a mini version for two servings. It was a little underbaked and it turned out to be something more similar to chocolate fondant, but still incredibly tasty. The brownie melts in your mouth, has a very rich chocolate taste and most importantly is easy to prepare!
