    Beat soft butter with sugar at low speed.

    Continuing to beat, add the yolks one at a time.

    Sift the flour and add it in parts to the butter mixture. Knead soft dough.

    Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment into a layer 5 mm thick and put it in the refrigerator for 3 minutes. Remove the top layer of parchment from the dough and cut out circles with a glass.

    Apply a pattern to the cookies. You can use a toothpick, I made the outer pattern with a paper candy mold, and the inner one with a closed star piping bag tip.

    Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. I had a silicone baking tray, so I didn’t cover it with anything.

    Combine milk with yolk and grind until smooth.

    Grease the cookies with a mixture of eggs and milk. Place the baking sheet with the cookies in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
