Boiled chicken sausage
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients.
STEP 2
To prepare homemade boiled sausage, we use only fresh chicken fillet, which has not been previously frozen. Wash the chicken fillet under running cold water, dry it with paper towels and cut into small pieces. Cut the garlic clove into several parts.
STEP 3
Using a blender, grind the pieces of chicken fillet with garlic. Then pour in the milk cream and add the chicken whites. Continue beating the chicken mixture until it becomes a homogeneous puree.
STEP 4
Add spices: pepper, salt, oregano.
STEP 5
Pour in fresh beet juice extracted from the raw root vegetable. Using a blender, beat the chicken mass again until the mass acquires a uniform, uniform color.
STEP 6
Cut off equal-sized pieces of foil and cling film, 2 pieces each. First, put the film on the table, and then put a sheet of foil on top, put half of the bright beetroot minced meat on the foil (approximately 390 grams of minced meat will be used for each sausage).
STEP 7
Lifting the edges of the foil, we form the sausage, tightly wrapping the minced meat in the form of candy. Wrap the resulting “candy” in cling film. We tie the tails of foil with film with thread. We do the same procedure with the remaining minced meat. Transfer the formed sausages into plastic bags, tying them tightly.
STEP 8
Pour water into a large saucepan and put it on fire. When the water boils, put the bags of future boiled sausage into it. Cook for half an hour, turning the bags over from time to time so that the sausage cooks evenly.
STEP 9
After the time has passed, remove the bags from the boiling water and let the sausage cool completely, freeing it from the wrappers. When the sausage has cooled, transfer it to the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours.
STEP 10
Take the sausage out of the refrigerator, cut it with a sharp knife and place it on a slice of bread. Ready-made sandwiches can be supplemented with a leaf of green lettuce for juiciness.
